Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
PayEurasia serves regulated and complex merchants. This policy sets out the categories of business we support, those we support only under conditions, and those we will not process at all.
1. Supported categories
Regulated financial services, digital goods, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, travel, education, media, remittance corridors, and other licensed complex-payments verticals — subject to underwriting.
2. Conditional categories
Some verticals require additional licences, enhanced due diligence, or corridor-specific approvals. Onboarding of such merchants is subject to review of jurisdictional licensing, product design and end-customer protection measures.
3. Prohibited activities
- Anything illegal in the merchant's country of operation or in a country whose customers are targeted.
- Sanctioned parties or transactions in breach of UN, OFAC, EU, UK or applicable local sanctions.
- Terrorist financing, human trafficking, modern slavery, child sexual abuse material.
- Unlicensed financial services, unregistered securities offerings or Ponzi/pyramid schemes.
- Counterfeit or infringing goods, prescription pharmaceuticals sold without a licence, and controlled substances.
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives outside licensed channels.
- Deceptive practices, negative-option billing without clear consent, and card-testing.
4. Enforcement
Where PayEurasia identifies activity in breach of this policy, we may pause processing, hold funds pending review, terminate the relationship, and report to the relevant authorities as required by law.
5. Reporting a violation
To report suspected misuse of PayEurasia's services, email compliance@payeurasia.com.
