Compliance Statement
Last updated: 19 June 2026
PayEurasia's compliance framework combines global standards (FATF, ISO-aligned information security, GDPR-inspired privacy) with the local licensing and reporting requirements of each corridor we operate.
1. Anti-money laundering
Full details of our AML program are on the AML Policy page. It covers CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, STR filing and training.
2. Sanctions
We screen all merchants, UBOs and payout beneficiaries against consolidated sanctions lists (UN, OFAC, EU, UK HMT and local) on onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
3. Data protection
We follow the principles set out in our Privacy Policy and support merchants with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request.
4. Information security
Controls are summarised on our Trust & Security page: role-based access, HTTPS in transit, row-level security in the database, secrets isolated from client bundles, and password checks against known-breached password lists.
5. Corridor licensing
PayEurasia works with locally licensed banking and wallet partners in each corridor. Where a specific vertical is regulated in the merchant's country of operation, the merchant remains responsible for holding the required licence.
6. Card networks & PCI
PayEurasia does not store, process or transmit primary account numbers (PANs) on this website. Where card acceptance is enabled through a partner acquirer, PCI DSS obligations are handled by that partner and are documented in the corresponding integration guide.
7. Whistleblowing
Employees, merchants and third parties can report suspected wrongdoing confidentially to compliance@payeurasia.com. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.
8. Regulatory requests
Law-enforcement and regulator requests should be sent to compliance@payeurasia.com. We cooperate fully with lawful requests.
