Merchant Onboarding
Most merchants go from application to live traffic in 3–7 business days. Here is what happens at each step and what we will ask you for.
1. Submit KYB
Share corporate documents, directors/UBO IDs, and a description of your business model. See the KYC/KYB checklist for the full document list.
2. Underwriting & compliance
Our compliance team reviews the application, screens against sanctions and PEP lists, and confirms the applicable corridor and payment methods.
3. Integrate in sandbox
You receive sandbox API keys and webhook secrets. Build against realistic responses using our docs and Postman collection.
4. Settlement setup
Provide the settlement bank account in the merchant's legal name. We confirm the account and configure settlement frequency and currency.
5. Go live
Production keys are issued once integration and settlement checks pass. Your account manager stays on the launch channel for the first weeks of live traffic.
