Frequently Asked Questions

Which countries does PayEurasia support?+
We provide local payment infrastructure across Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Nepal, and settle cross-border for merchants worldwide. Corridors are added as banking partnerships mature.
Which payment methods can my customers use?+
Local mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Upay, JazzCash, Easypaisa, eSewa, Khalti) and bank rails (UPI, IMPS, local bank transfer) depending on the corridor. See the Countries page for coverage.
How long does onboarding take?+
Typical onboarding is 3–7 business days from a complete KYB submission. Complex or higher-risk applications may take longer while enhanced due diligence is completed.
What documents do you need?+
Corporate registration, directors and UBO IDs, proof of address, tax registration, and — where applicable — the merchant's regulatory licence. See the KYC page for the full checklist.
How fast are settlements?+
Settlement timing depends on the corridor, the settlement rail and clearing hours. In-country settlements are usually processed on T+1 business day; cross-border settlements depend on beneficiary-bank review.
Do you support test / sandbox mode?+
Yes. Every account gets sandbox API keys with a simulated ledger so you can build against realistic responses before going live.
How do I secure my API integration?+
Keep your secret keys server-side, rotate them if exposed, verify HMAC signatures on webhook callbacks, and restrict outbound API calls to allowlisted IPs where possible.
How do refunds and chargebacks work?+
Refunds are initiated from the dashboard or API within the payment method's supported window. Chargeback and dispute handling is described on the Refund Policy page.
Do you have 24/7 support?+
Yes. Priority operational issues are covered around the clock via Telegram and email; commercial and integration questions are handled during business hours.
Where can I read your legal and compliance documents?+
Privacy Policy, Terms, AML, KYC, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, Acceptable Use and Compliance Statement are all linked from the footer.
