Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

This page is maintained by PayEurasia to describe how we collect, use, store and share information when you interact with our website and services. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a formal Data Processing Agreement, which is offered on request to merchants.

1. Who we are

PayEurasia provides payment infrastructure for merchants operating across Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Nepal. For privacy questions, contact contact@payeurasia.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact information you submit (name, company, email, Telegram handle, country, processing volume).
  • Server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Cookies for session management and, where enabled, analytics measurement.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to integration and sales enquiries.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and payment services.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable)

We rely on legitimate interests (running and securing our business), contract (delivering services to merchants who engage us), consent (where required for marketing or analytics cookies) and legal obligation (KYB/AML).

5. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate our services — hosting providers, payment partners required to route transactions, KYB/AML providers, and professional advisers — under written contracts and confidentiality obligations.

6. International transfers

Because we operate across South Asia and serve global merchants, personal data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry and operational records only as long as necessary for the purposes above, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Merchant records may be retained for periods mandated by financial and AML regulations.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Contact contact@payeurasia.com and we will respond within the timelines required by law.

9. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, role-based access controls, server-enforced authorization for administrative tools, and routine review of access. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk continuously.
